Registration Fee -
There is a non–refundable $15.00 registration fee per year, per family. This fee is due upon enrollment with your first tuition payment.
Payments -
Tuition is due the first class of each month or every trimester depending on the payment plan you have chosen. Tuition is non-refundable. If a student, starts or drops a class in the middle of a session, you are responsible for the entire sessions tuition. There is no increase to the tuition due to sessions with more then 4 classes. Accordingly, tuition is not reduced due to absences incurred by illness, family vacation, holidays or snow days. If for any reason you are unable to pay in person tuition may be mailed to the studio.
Costume Policy -
A $35.00 Costume deposit will be due by the first week in November. The costume balance must be paid before the first week in February. No costume will be ordered until balance is paid in full. All Costume Monies must be paid in cash and are non-refundable. All students registering after January 1st are not eligible to perform in the year end performance due to costume orders.
Returned Checks -
If the studio receives a “returned check” the payee is required to pay a $25.00 bank charge per check as well as replace the tuition payment with cash or money order.
Late Charge -
If the tuition is more than 14 days late there is a $5.00 late fee per student, per week. If the tuition is more than 30 days late, the student may observe class but will be unable to participate until tuition is up to date.
Attendance -
Regular attendance is expected. Absences can hold back the student as well as the entire class. Please contact the studio if you are going to miss a class for any reason.
Perfect attendance will be recognized at the Performance in June.
Make-up Lessons -
A student may make up any class missed by attending any class of the same level. This is also an opportunity to try a new type of dance! Please speak to your instructor for appropriate class times.
If the studio must cancel a class more than once in any month due to weather conditions etc, a make-up class will be scheduled and you will be notified in advance.
Discontinued Classes -
As a courtesy to the studio, staff, and other students, we ask that if you plan on discontinuing or dropping out of any class , you notify the studio or your instructor. Unless we are notified, you will continue to be billed for all enrolled classes. Remember, a student who drops a class in the middle of the session is still responsible for the entire session’s tuition.
Special Classes -
Occasionally, we will hold a class that is open for observation, themed, or a bring along. You will be notified in advance of any special event along with the specifics.
Snowdays -
Adagio Dance Studio follows the Triton School District Calendar for holidays, snowdays and vacations. If there is no school there is no dance. If school has not been canceled and weather conditions have worsened through out the school day, please call the studio for updated cancellations. Dance classes will be held on half days.
