At Adagio, we believe that everyone learns at their own pace. We custom tailor our classes to fit the students needs. Our program teaches a love of the arts, self-esteem, confidence, poise, balance, discipline, teamwork and so much more. So come on let’s dance!
The Director, Samantha has danced for over 20 years and has been teaching for 6 years. She has a Bachelors Degree in Youth Dance Education from the University of Connecticut. She is trained in all forms of dance and specializes in lyrical.
The Dance Year-
The dance year begins the 2nd week in September and concludes its season with the annual performance in June. Open enrollment continues through January 1st. Students registering for a class after that date will be at the discretion of the director. Adagio offers Summer Intensives and classes throughout July.
Special Classes -
Occasionally, we will hold a class that is open for observation, themed, or a “bring along”. You will be notified in advance of any special event along with the specifics.
The Big Show -
The June review concludes the dance season each year. As we get closer to the event, you will be provided with all the information you need including, rehearsal dates, show dates and ticket information. All students who are in the show are required to attend all rehearsals.
